These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your license to services provided by Dwnct ("we", "us", or "our"). By activating, accessing, or using any license, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Licenses are activated only after the customer confirms receipt of the invitation through the secure activation link provided. The customer is responsible for following the setup instructions and confirming activation within the timeframe specified in the activation email.
If activation is not confirmed within 7 days from the date the activation link was issued, the license will be automatically suspended. No refunds will be issued for licenses suspended due to lack of confirmation.
The login credentials, invitation links, and any related access materials provided are intended for the named customer only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling license access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund.
All sales are final. Refunds may be considered only in cases where the service was demonstrably not delivered and the issue cannot be remediated. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Licenses are valid for the duration specified at purchase. Renewal requires a new purchase unless explicitly noted otherwise. We will send reminder notifications before the expiry date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the license services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the license after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
